Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Our client, a retail mortgage lender / family office, is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CFO and contribute to their team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, and trustworthy.

COMPANY: Retail Mortgage Lender Family Office
POSITION: Executive Assistant/Office Manager
LOCATION: New York, NY
HOURS: 8:30am-5:30pm (with general flexibility)
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 days in office with some WFH flexibility
COMPENSATION: $85k – 130k base (bonus on top, benefits, 401k match)
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Required
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
-Manage a complex calendar for the CFO
-Arrange travel and prepare itineraries
-Compile and submit expense reports
-Help create office functions/procedures in a new office space with light EA support for the additional team members
-Ad hoc projects
Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
-2-8+ years of experience in administrative support
-Must be resourceful, trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
-Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
-Proactive and strong work ethic
-Solutions oriented
