We’re looking for a part-time (to potentially full-time) office facilities specialist who will be the main point of contact for the firm’s New York City Hub.
Our client, a boutique merchant bank catering to technology, media, telecom, and the consumer and retail sectors, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to their CEO. While this individual will act as the first EA, they will partner with the current EA to the CEO to ensure seamless coverage, and should have a team player mentality. Our client, a Real Estate investment firm is looking for an EA to support one of their top executives. This role is IN THE MIDTOWN Office daily. The hours are 8:30-5:30 daily. Some OT may be required. This person must be super organized, strong tech skills, and a thick skin – this can be a busy role and someone needs to be able to work with a “direct” approach from the manager.

This individual will act as the first point of contact for the firm and make visitors feel welcome. They will also manage the flow of visitors and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are handled accurately, thoroughly, professionally, and on time.
