RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and lead the company’s real estate portfolio
  • Prepare market and ongoing property analysis
  • Prepare financial analysis to support budget recommendations and ongoing revenue and expense analysis

  • Analyze monthly financial reports and performance and develop variance analysis to budgets and proformas with suggested property changes
