Responsibilities
•Review and track for completeness and accuracy subscription
documents, AML/KYC materials, and tax forms, evidencing investor
commitments to private investment funds.
• Prepare data reports and tracking reports, for based on investor
information contained in investment materials.
• Partner with client support specialists to solve operational issues.
• Document operational knowledge, issues, processes, and best practices
• Assist with all aspects of the onboarding of private investment funds to
the platform.
• Review all private investment fund documentation and maintain
document data rooms.
• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence on fund investors, create AML tracking
reports, and interface directly with investors in certain investment
vehicles.
• Create standardized processes to streamline investor product and
investor onboarding and transaction workflows.
• Help prepare or review formation and organizational documentation for
private investment funds and alternative investment vehicles, be able
to extract terms and clauses from these documents and answer
investor queries.
• Help prepare and file regulatory and tax forms, including Blue Sky filings,
Forms U-2, ID, D, SS-4, 8832 and 83(b)
• Manage the investor portal in terms of data and documentation
population as well as ongoing maintenance and portal support.
• Draft fund communications regarding capital call notices, distribution
notices, other investor communications, and product updates.
• Maintain product virtual data rooms - with quarterly reports, fact cards,
monthly newsletters, offering materials, pitch books, platform updates,
performance estimates and manager reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations to formulate and
deliver product enhancements.
• Participate in special projects as required.
