Position: Recruiting Operations Generalist
Location: New York, NY (hybrid: 4 days in office 1-day WFH)
Compensation: $90 - 120K range DOE + guaranteed first year bonus + excellent benefits
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility required)
Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Head of Recruiting.
• Own various talent acquisition workstreams based on hiring needs and seasonality.
• Coordinating scheduling and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.
• Executing pre-offer and pre-hire processes such as reference checks, background forms, and candidate information packets.
• Crafting compelling messaging for job specifications, internal documentation, and process maps.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting operations.
• Managing logistics for campus recruiting presence, including event registration, job postings, and shipment of materials.
• Supporting the execution and administration of the internship program.
Qualifications:
• 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar field.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Greenhouse and Handshake.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
