Our client, a rapidly growing fintech firm, is looking for an Office Manager to support their office in the financial district. The Office Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a productive, welcoming, and well-run workplace. This role combines project management, facilities oversight, and employee experience, playing a vital part in the firm’s day-to-day culture and operations.
Position: Office Manager
Location: Financial District New York, NY (in office 4 day/week)
Compensation: $90 - 110K range DOE + bonus + equity + excellent benefits
Hours: 9:00 – 6:00pm (some flexibility required)
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Office Build-Out & Relocation: Lead the planning and execution of our upcoming office move—managing timelines, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
- Operations & Facilities Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, services, equipment, and facility upkeep, to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace.
- Workplace Experience: Design and maintain a thoughtful, inclusive, and organized office environment that reflects Imprint’s culture—own everything from layout and in-office perks to team events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People, IT, and other teams to support onboarding, seating arrangements, and hybrid work logistics, enhancing overall team productivity and engagement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in office or workplace management, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive mindset with a high standard for creating great team experiences
- Comfortable managing vendors, facilities, and working in-office 4 days/week
