Our client, a healthcare / AI startup, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support their CEO/Founder. This is a key role in a mission-driven organization where the ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll play a critical part in helping the CEO stay focused, organized, and effective as the company continues to scale rapidly.

Position: Executive Assistant to the Founder
Location: SoHo, New York, NY (On-site, 5 days per week)
Hours: Approximately 9:00 AM –6:00 PM (must be responsive to after-hours communication)
Compensation: $135K- 175K range DOE + Equity + Excellent Benefits
Bachelor’s degree: preferred
Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
· Anticipate the CEO’s needs and manage priorities to support strategic initiatives.
· Draft, edit, and manage email correspondence, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
· Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
· Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
· Assist with board communications, investor updates, pitch decks, and other special projects.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Support operational efficiency by helping to streamline workflows and internal processes.
· Occasionally assist with personal tasks that contribute to the CEO’s overall productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with shifting priorities.
· Tech-savvy, with fluency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and other modern tools.
· Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
