IT Support Technician
Our client, a thriving European based private equity firm, is looking to hire an IT Support Technician. This role will be responsible for providing IT support across the organization, handling both day-to-day support matters and larger improvement initiatives. Together with the rest of the IT team, you will ensure smooth internal IT operations and play an important role in the ongoing development of the firm’s IT processes. This role offers a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to participate in larger IT projects within the company.

HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm (with general flexibility to address issues off hours)
IN OFFICE: 5 days
COMPENSATION: $75-140k DOE + generous benefits
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Required
Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:
- Ensuring that the firm’s daily IT operations run smoothly
- Managing and resolving all support requests in a structured and efficient manner
- Handling 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support issues via phone, email, and in person
- Providing technical support across the entire organization
- Assist with technical setup of meetings
- Perform ad hoc IT tasks and projects
Requirements of the IT Support Technician:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Superior customer service skills
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and positive attitude
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
- Experience working in an international environment and/or within the financial services industry (or similar) is an advantage
- Previous experience in a service-oriented role is an advantage- Swedish speaking a plus
