Our client, a NYC (Midtown) based Private Equity firm, is seeking an exceptionally organized career Executive Assistant to support a Partner and a few associates. Experience / interest in IR/Capital Formation a plus! The successful candidate will thrive in a team oriented, fast-paced environment and exhibit sound judgment, a high level of discretion, have excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities. This role reports into the Director of Administration.

POSITION: Executive Assistant to a Partner and 1-2 additional team members
LOCATION: Midtown, Manhattan
HOURS: 9:30 AM- 5:30pm (with flexibility outside of standard hours to support time sensitive needs and global schedules)
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: 5 days in office Monday- Friday
COMPENSATION: Up to $130-170k base & + bonus, benefits (medical, dental vision, daily lunch, snacks, and more!)
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Preferred
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
-Complex Calendar Management: Oversee heavy and constantly evolving scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination of internal and external meetings
-Travel Coordination: Manage extensive domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, detailed itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics
-Meeting & Investor Coordination: Schedule and support investor meetings, roadshows, and internal team engagements
-Communication Management: Act as a key point of contact, handling correspondence with discretion and professionalism
-After-Hours Responsiveness: Monitor and respond to emails and texts outside of standard business hours as needed, ensuring seamless support across time zones
-Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative needs to ensure the team operates efficiently
-Support office events and contribute to the broader team culture
-Provide backup coverage for fellow EAs and in person hospitality for onsite meetings
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
-A minimum of 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within finance, private equity, or a fast-paced professional services environment
-Proven experience managing heavy scheduling and complex travel logistics
-Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of responsiveness and availability beyond standard working hours
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
-High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
-Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
-Thrives in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
-Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and interfacing with external partners
-Team player with a no-job-too-small attitude
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
