GTM Strategic Operations

Location: New York City (On-site) Commitment: 5 days per week in-person

We are partnering with an early-stage venture in the AI sector dedicated to transforming how organizations manage and interact with complex data. Backed by premier research labs and top-tier venture funding, the team is operating at the frontier of agentic AI to develop next-generation digital coworkers.

We are seeking a high-output operator to act as a force multiplier for the founding team. This is a high-visibility role requiring direct collaboration with leadership across strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market execution in a fast-paced, high-density environment.

• Work directly with the CEO to identify, prioritize, and drive forward high-impact initiatives.
• Ensure day-to-day needs across customers, partners, and internal systems are met quickly and effectively.
• Gather insights from customers, evaluate workflows, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product direction.
• Join key sales conversations, build and optimize pipeline systems, and create marketing materials to accelerate growth.
• Research and validate new markets and applications for frontier agentic services to help define expansion.
• Lead recruiting efforts, identify bottlenecks, and manage hiring processes to attract top talent.

• Proven track record of excellence in fast-paced environments with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly across a wide range of responsibilities.
• Ability to move fast and figure things out in ambiguous environments without an established playbook.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different functions and teammates.
• Low ego mindset with a focus on outcomes and a willingness to adapt based on feedback.
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup or finance is highly preferred.
