Office Coordinator
Our client, a Greenwich, CT based hedge fund, is in search of an Officer Coordinator with light administrative duties to support the boutique office. The right candidate will be a warm, capable individual who is “coachable,” possesses common sense and logic and is excited to work in a high-stake fast-moving environment. This is a great opportunity for someone living in the Westchester or Connecticut area.

POSITION: Officer Coordinator
LOCATION: Greenwich, CT
HOURS: 8:30am-5pm
IN OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: In office 5 days! (With occasional flexibility)
COMPENSATION: 65-75k base + Bonus + Benefits, 401k, Gym, Lunch daily and more!
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Required
Responsibilities of the Officer Coordinator:
-Greet guests, delivery folks and others at the front desk and manager the presentation of all reception, gym, and conference areas
-Coordinate scheduling, meeting room logistics, and visitor protocols
-Prepare and reset conference rooms after meetings
-Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and deliveries with accuracy and confidentiality
-Maintain inventory and ordering of reception, kitchen, gym and hospitality supplies
-Assist with event preparation and support for on-site meetings, investor visits, and special engagements
-Serve as a liaison between vendors, building management, and facilities teams
-Fill in for administrative colleagues during their absence to ensure continuity of duties
-Ad hoc projects
Requirements of the Officer Coordinator:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-0-2 years of front-of-house or administrative experience
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite & tech savvy is a plus
-Discretion and confidentiality are extremely important
-Able to learn quickly, and jump into areas of need
-Low ego and eager to learn
-Ability to remain composed and resourceful in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
