COMPENSATION: $80-130k base, plus benefits, and more

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant with Light Office Management:
- Provide support to the Managing Director, who is based in LA but frequently travels to NY. In addition, support for the CEO, when he is in NY
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Track and manage the Managing Director’s expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation of expense reports
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to the NY team by scheduling meetings supporting ad hoc projects
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant with Light Office Management:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Office Manager, strongly preferred in the greater Finance industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional experience
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work with various team members
- Superior organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills who is capable of interacting with all levels of personnel
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required
- Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision to ensure work is completed within deadlines in a demanding, fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Ability to take initiative and foresight to anticipate needs and thinks and acts several steps ahead
- Sense of urgency with a proven ability in planning, prioritizing, and organizing a diverse workload
- Experience working across many regions, cultures, and time zones in a highly complex organization
- Self-motivated with a "can-do " attitude and strong work ethic
