Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Our client, a boutique investment firm, is looking for an Administrative Receptionist. This role will take ownership of the front office process including welcoming guests and making sure that conference rooms and the overall office appearance is organized and provide administrative support to several firm employees. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small busy growing office!

LOCATION: New York, NY (midtown)
HOURS: 9-5pm
IN OFFICE EXPECTATIONS: 5 days in office
COMPENSATION: $65-80k (1x a week team lunch, medical benefits, 401k match and more)
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Required
Responsibilities of the Administrative Receptionist:
- Assist with calendars, conference scheduling, and preparing occasional travel arrangements
- Assist with office events, including dinners, team outings, supplies, and office appearance/kitchen upkeep
- Ensure a professional and organized office
- Liaise with building management
- Create a calm hospitality-oriented feel
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements of the Administrative Receptionist:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and follow through with tasks
- Proactive approach in identifying the needs of others
- Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
