Investment Banking Analyst

Our client is an independent advisory firm that provides corporate finance services. Analyst candidates must have superior analytical and technical skills, and so prior investment banking experience is important. Corporate finance, leveraged finance or M&A training and experience is preferred. The candidate must have the ability to perform thoughtful modeling and valuation analysis (i.e. DCF modeling, public equity comparables, transaction comparables). Additionally, the candidate should possess strong writing skills and have experience drafting offering and/or transactions memos. The candidate will have frequent contact directly with senior management (CEOs, CFOs), private equity investors, debt investors, portfolio companies, and partners/principals and so must possess excellent communication skills and have strong business acumen. This professional will perform functions across the entire management team for the companies we deal with, and across a wide range of industries.
