This is a rare ground floor opportunity to join a high-growth startup as their US Enterprise Account Executive. While outside your current vertical, the role offers a significant comp increase and the chance to build a North American GTM playbook from scratch.

The firm is tackling the critical inefficiency in clinical data with an AI-native medical intelligence platform. Their technology automates the extraction and structuring of complex medical data, turning months of manual review into near-instant insights for healthcare providers and life sciences.

Backed by top-tier venture capital, they’ve demonstrated massive product-market fit with rapid revenue growth and deep institutional adoption.

The Role
Among the first cohort US quota-carrier, you will report to the leadership team to architect the US GTM strategy. You will own complex, high-stakes sales cycles partnering with health systems and pharmaceutical leaders. Deal sizes are significant, and for top performers, there is a clear path to leadership as the US team scales. You will lead the entire commercial cycle end to end from targeted account identification and strategic outreach through deal execution and post-sale growth. The role focuses on selling into health systems, including IDNs, academic medical centers, and regional provider networks, engaging senior executives across clinical leadership, pharmacy, operations, and IT to secure new logos and drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts.

Required Background
  • 5-10 B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on prior enterprise-level engagements.
  • AI Solution Sales Experience Ideal
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving $1M+ annual quotas or successfully closing high six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Experience taking a consultative approach to develop and influence relationships with C-suite senior leaders (CMOs, CIOs, CPOs).
  • Proficiency in managing the complete enterprise sales motion, from initial prospecting and discovery through to contracting and expansion.
  • Previous experience working with healthcare products, AI, analytics, or deep tech, including navigating complex procurement and data governance processes.

Comp & Culture

$300K OTE with uncapped upside and meaningful equity. (50/50 split)
