Responsibilities of the Workplace Experience/Events Coordinator:
Events & Experience
- Coordinate and execute in‑office events ranging from small internal gatherings to events of up to 100 attendees
- Liaise with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to align on event goals and logistics
- Manage event timelines, run‑of‑show, and day‑of execution
- Coordinate vendor access, COIs, deliveries, and building requirements
- Move and reset furniture to accommodate events and restore the office post‑event
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on‑site facilitation
- Support daily office operations to ensure a polished, welcoming, and functional environment
- Partner with the Workplace Experience Manager on office planning and execution
- Assist with conference room coordination and space readiness
- Maintain high standards for shared spaces, kitchens, and event areas
- Order supplies and support inventory related to the office and events
- Serve as a key point of contact for NY‑based events and office needs
- Work closely with a distributed office team across the U.S.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, office services, hospitality, or workplace operations
- Proven ability to manage logistics and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the role (moving furniture, event setup)
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions‑oriented
- Experience leading and running events in corporate or executive office environments
- Familiarity with COIs, vendor management, and building operations
- Experience working with cross‑functional or geographically distributed teams
