LOCATION: New York, NY
HOURS: 9:00AM – 5:30PM with flexibility to come in earlier or stay later as needed (In Office 5 days)
HOURLY COMPENSATION: Up to $30/Hour DOE*

Our client, a leading financial advisory firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temp to Perm Catering/Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of their office. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all catering needs, maintaining well-stocked and organized kitchens and pantries, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and supporting general facilities operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in office services, facilities, hospitality, or a related function.
Responsibilities of the Temp to Perm Catering/Facilities Coordinator:
-Coordinate all catering for meetings, breakfasts, lunches, etc. , including receiving, setup, and breakdown
-Ensure kitchens and pantries are fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the day
-Manage inventory of snacks, beverages, coffee, and pantry items; place orders as needed
-Label and remove expired items; clean refrigerators weekly
-Check deliveries for accuracy, quantities, and expiration dates
-Perform basic troubleshooting of coffee/espresso and ice machines
-Partner with sanitation teams on F&B-related cleaning workflows
-Maintain office, pantry, and printer-station supplies
-Receive, log, and distribute mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments
-Conduct regular office walkthroughs and coordinate minor repairs
-Liaise with vendors and building management for facilities needs
-Coordinate with catering, office services, and facilities vendors
Requirements of the Temp to Perm Catering/Facilities Coordinator:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-1–3+ years of experience in office services, facilities, or hospitality
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion
-Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required.
