Our client, a Midtown-based private equity firm, is seeking a Head of Administration to oversee and enhance daily office operations. This individual will partner closely with leadership and ensure a seamless, well-run office environment. The ideal candidate is finance industry savvy (from an administrative perspective) and brings experience across office management, facilities, vendor relations, light construction/buildouts, executive support, human capital, and administrative team oversight. This person is proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a “no task too big or small” mentality. A low-ego, team-first approach and genuine pride in running an efficient, polished office are essential.

HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm (with light flexibility after hours as needed)
OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: This role is in office 4 days with the occasional 5 day week due to the needs of the business
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: 150-350k total compensation (depending on experience), Benefits covered in full (medical, Dental, Vision) & more
