Kyle J. Ramkissoon is a Managing Director at Glocap Tech, where he drives talent strategy and executive searches for high-growth technology and financial services firms. Reporting directly to Founder Adam Zoia, Kyle leverages over 20 years of experience as a visionary and hands-on people leader to build "talent-dense" organizations for elite clients. Prior to joining Glocap, Kyle was a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Northteq, a VC-backed FinTech, where he led full-cycle recruiting for key engineering and product roles in specialized lending. Before Northteq, Kyle held multipile senior leadership roles at FIS Global, a $10.1B financial technology firm, where he stood up a Center of Excellence dedicated to Internal Mobility, Executive Search, and Talent Redeployment that delivered over $11M in bottom-line impact in a single year. Earlier in his career, he served as the VP of Talent Acquisition and People Operations at Hivecell and spent over a decade as a Managing Partner at IJC Partners, LLC, sourcing top-tier investment and technology professionals for global financial services clients. Kyle studied Business Administration and Finance at the City University of New York, Brooklyn College. He is a Coaching to GROW Certified Professional Coach and resides in New York.
