Frank Garcia White is a Managing Director in the IT SLED/MSP practice at Glocap. He is a staffing industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, including the past 15 years dedicated to technology staffing and talent solutions. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in helping build and scale two organizations into highly successfl businesses, contributing to growth strategy, client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue generation. 

His leadership experience includes building and mentoring high-performing recruiting and sales teams, launching new technology staffing practices, and developing strategic client relationships that resulted in significant revenue growth. He has successfully led teams through periods of rapid expansion, implemented scalable recruiting processes, and helped organizations enter new markets and service lines. In addition, he has partnered closely with executive leadership to define growth strategies, improve operational effectiveness, and create cultures focused on accountability, collaboration, and results. 

One of his greatest strengths is identifying opportunities for growth and assembling the right people, processes, and strategy to capitalize on them.
