Our client a leading investor in global credit investing is seeking a TEMP Admin Assistant professional capable of multi-tasking in fast paced environment.

Client: Hedge Fund

Position: TEMP Admin Assistant

Salary: $28-$38 an hour DOE with OT as needed 

Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Location: Greenwich, CT - 3 days a week in the office and 2 days (Thursday and Friday) WFH 

Degree: Highly preferred


 Responsibilities:
• Heavy calendar management
• Create and process expense reports
• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
• Management of contacts in Microsoft Outlook
• Multiple phone line coverage
• Compliance tracking and reporting
• Heavy coordination of meetings and conference rooms
• Function as part of collaborative administrative team, including backup coverage for other administrative assistants
• Backing up Reception in the office as needed. Reception coverage is 5 days onsite, 7:30am – 5:00pm



Requirements:
• 4+ years of solid administrative experience with track record of professional success; financial services
experience strongly preferred but not essential
• BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products with emphasis on Outlook
• Excellent verbal, writing, organization and communication skills
• Personable, Poised, Team Player
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills with strong sense of urgency
• Proactive, detailed oriented with high degree of professionalism
• Experience with domestic and international travel arrangements
• Experience with Workday
