LOCATION: New York, NY – 4x a week in office
HOURS: 8:30AM - 5:30PM with flexibility as needed
COMPENSATION: $100-120K DOE + Bonus Eligible + Benefits
BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Required

Responsibilities of the Team Assistant:
-Greeting visitors and candidates
-Organizing response to facilities issues
-Answering questions from employees
-Managing conference room usage
-Tidying meeting rooms between uses
-Ordering snacks and office supplies
-Stocking the pantry
-Organizing office events / socials
-Providing general orientation / how-to's to team members
-Some travel booking for people without corporate cards
-Acting as back-up on senior EA support
-Suggesting and helping implement improvements to processes
 
Requirements of the Team Assistant:
-Consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
-Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
-Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and represents the organization in a positive manner
-Promptness, speed, and accuracy in executing assigned tasks
-Excellent judgment and discretion
-Excellent problem-solving
-Flexibility / ability to adjust to changing needs
