Our client, a Luxury Skincare Practice based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Part Time Office Manager. Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to be the face and backbone of our office.

Location: Greenwich, CT
Hours: 4 days in the office – 4-6 hours Between 9:00am/9.30am-2:30pm/3:00pm.
Salary: $50-55K on the base plus Commissions
Degree: Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, invoices).
- Prepare and maintain patient records, forms, and consent documents.
- Assist with billing, payments, and reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Support marketing efforts—assist with newsletters, social media, and patient communications.
- Order and track office and medical supplies; manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, professional, and welcoming.
Requirements:
- College degree highly preferred
- Office/Administrative experience out of Skincare/Medical/Dental offices are highly preferred
- 7+ years of relevant office administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of skincare terminology or treatments a plus.
