LOCATION: New York, NY (Onsite 5 days/week in office)

HOURS: 8:30 – 5:00pm
COMPENSATION: $80-90K base DOE + performance-based incentives + competitive benefits
BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Preferred

Our client, a high-preforming advisory firm, is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to support their New York headquarters. This individual will serve as the face of the office and ensure a seamless, professional, and well-run workplace environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in operations, administration, or corporate services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as front-of-house, welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, and visitor logistics
  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a polished, client-ready environment
  • Manage mail, shipping, scanning, and vendor relationships (building management, cleaning services, etc.)
  • Coordinate ID badges and vendor access (including COIs)
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; ensure shared spaces remain clean and stocked
  • Support internal requests and assist with in-office event and meeting planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace operations and experience

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Professional, welcoming presence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet, dependable, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
  • Experience in corporate, professional services, or hospitality environments preferred
