Job Description:
Global Macro Fund seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Investor Relations and Marketing to support our macro portfolio manager and drive investor engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with new investors, maintaining strong connections with existing ones, and articulating our macro strategy, including FX, credit, equities, commodities, and rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic investor relations and marketing plans to attract and retain investors.
- Collaborate with the macro portfolio manager to understand and verbalize the fund's strategy effectively.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the firm's objectives.
- Attend select conferences annually to enhance the firm's visibility and networking opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports and analyses on investor feedback and market trends.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication with investors regarding fund performance and strategy updates.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in investor relations and marketing within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic principles, including FX rates, credit, equities, commodities, and rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel for conferences and investor meetings as required.
