Head of Human Resources / HRBP

Our client, a mid-island-based startup, is seeking a Temporary / Contract Head of Human Resources / HRBP / GENERALIST in a long-term CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT (3-6 months) capacity for their organization. This generalist role manages all aspects of the HR business functions for a growing firm including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, employee relations, and all other HR functions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, diligent, and is an inherent leader who can work effectively across all levels of a growing organization.

LOCATION: Long Island, NY
IN OFFICE EXPECTATIONS: Hybrid (2-3 days in office depending on what is happening at the firm)
COMPENSATION: DOE / 150-200k (paid 2x monthly)
