The Opportunity
A leading European AdTech innovator is expanding into the United States and seeking a Founding US CEO to build and scale its North American presence.vThis is not a regional GM seat. This is a true founding mandate.You will architect the company’s US market entry, design the go-to-market strategy from first principles, and establish a durable, high-growth commercial engine.
The Role
- Serve as the face of the business across North America, driving client expansion, delivery and headcount growth.
- Partner directly with European founders to translate EU success into US scale
- Design and execute the full US GTM strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization
- Drive early enterprise wins and expand cross-over customer relationships
- Establish operational infrastructure to support long-term growth
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic clarity and frontline execution.
Requirements
- High-agency commercial leader with deep roots in the AdTech ecosystem
- Proven track record of sustained performance and industry credibility
- Extensive experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS GTM
- Strong client-facing background with enterprise relationship management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and scale revenue from early-stage growth
Compensation
- Up to $400K On-Target Earnings
- Meaningful equity participation
- Hybrid working model based in New York City
