This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, early stage, fintech building an AI-powered digital coworker for financial professionals. Backed by top-tier investors, the company is rethinking how investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers actually work by automating time-intensive tasks like financial modeling, analysis, and research so teams can move faster and operate at a higher level.

The product translates natural language into financial models, analysis, and insights in real time, materially reducing friction between data and decision-making. It is already in use across hedge funds, banks, and long-only asset managers and is gaining inbound traction from some of the most sophisticated institutions in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers to understand real workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, using your finance background to demonstrate how the product materially improves speed, accuracy, and insight
  • Own the full GTM (business development) lifecycle, from early client conversations through pilots, commitments, and long-term adoption
  • Partner closely with engineers and product leadership to translate client needs into product direction and roadmap decisions
  • Help define how AI is practically deployed on Wall Street based on real usage rather than theory
  • Play a visible role in shaping the business development motion, messaging, and early customer base as the company scales

Required Skills and Experience

  • Background in financial services, such as investment banking, hedge funds, asset management, private equity, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience building financial models in Excel, with a deep understanding of how analysts and investors actually work
  • Strong client-facing or client engagement experience and comfort leading conversations with sophisticated financial professionals
  • Commercially savvy with sound judgment and the ability to balance client needs, product realities, and business outcomes
  • No prior GTM or sales experience required, as this role values domain credibility, communication skills, and problem-solving ability over traditional sales backgrounds
  • Intellectual curiosity and appetite for working in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment
