COMPENSATION: $100-115K DOE + Benefits + Discretionary Bonus

Our client is a privately-held global industrial company with businesses spanning building solutions and specialty chemicals and annual revenues of approximately $11 billion. They are seeking an experienced, highly attentive and motivated Executive Assistant to join their Legal team, supporting three executive-level attorneys, including the Chief Legal Officer, Chief M&A Counsel, and Chief Labor & Employment Counsel, along with their team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a growth mindset and a sophisticated, mature demeanor.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
-Managing the executives’ calendars and scheduling/rescheduling appointments
-Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, team scheduling and expense reports
-Managing correspondence and emails throughout the day, including ad hoc support outside of business hours, as needed
-Developing and maintaining electronic filing systems
-Assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other materials for attorneys' review
-Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
-Working in close partnership with other Executive Assistants throughout the office and cross-functionally

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
-College degree or equivalent
-3-5 years’ prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and supporting dynamic executives
-Prior experience with attorneys is a nice-to-have but not required
-A meticulous and highly organized individual with impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with internal and external lawyers, staff and business partners
-Proactive problem solver who thinks ahead, anticipates problems quickly and resolves or escalates them accordingly with the executives
-A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and low-ego attitude, with the ability to work flexibly, in a fast-paced environment and in a collaborative team
-Passion for details and providing executive support
-Proven track record of working independently and as part of a team
-Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with sophistication and ease
-Demonstrates an intellectual curiosity and continuous drive to improve performance
-Demonstrates openness to constructive feedback and the flexibility to adjust behavior or performance as needed
-Prior knowledge of G Suite, including Google Calendar and Google Slides preferred; tech-savvy and familiarity with PowerPoint for basic slide creation
