Salary:$130k-$135k base DOE plus bonus eligible
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and facilitating communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters.
- Office Management: Oversee the organization of the executive office, including maintaining files, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a calm and positive demeanor.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
