Our client is a growing venture capital firm that invests in innovative startups. They are looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support two Managing Partners. This is a critical position that keeps the firm running smoothly day-to-day — ensuring leadership can operate efficiently. The right person is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in politics, finance, or other high-stakes, small-team settings is a plus.
Responsibilities of the EA/Office Manager:
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the Managing Partners, including internal meetings, founder calls, LP engagements, and travel schedules.
- Serve as the primary scheduling and logistics point of contact for high-profile external partners and VIPs.
- Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and ensure all meetings are well-prepared.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with firm operations and administrative workflows (expenses, CRM entries, travel bookings, vendor coordination).
- Pitch in across projects — this is a “no task too small” culture where everyone contributes to the bigger mission.
Requirements of the EA/Office Manager:
- 3–6 years of experience as an EA, scheduler, or operations lead — ideally supporting senior executives or public officials.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; thrives on details and deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can interact professionally with investors, founders, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable in an in-office, small-team environment with high expectations and low ego.
- Interest in technology, startups, or venture capital is a plus, but curiosity and drive matter most.
