Location: Menlo Park, CA - 5 days in the office (Position will be working remotely until April)
Hourly: $110k-$150k base DOE plus bonus eligible and benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Founder, including calendar management, scheduling calls, and coordinating meetings.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics — flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Oversee office operations by ordering and maintaining supplies, ensuring the kitchen is stocked, and coordinating lunch orders.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile expenses

- Perform various administrative duties and assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience preferably out of Finance
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Able to work independently and in small teams
- Attention to detail, with accurate work product produced in timely manner
- Outgoing and engaging personality
