Our client, a VC firm based in Menlo Park, CA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized and a team player. This individual must have a car.

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm with Light OT as needed

Location: Menlo Park, CA - 5 days in the office (Position will be working remotely until April)

Hourly: $110k-$150k base DOE plus bonus eligible and benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the Founder, including calendar management, scheduling calls, and coordinating meetings.
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics — flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Oversee office operations by ordering and maintaining supplies, ensuring the kitchen is stocked, and coordinating lunch orders.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile expenses

  • Perform various administrative duties and assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience preferably out of Finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and in small teams
  • Attention to detail, with accurate work product produced in timely manner
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
