Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations and Fundraising team, which includes a Partner, Managing Director (Head of IR), Vice President, Associate, and Analyst. This is a key administrative role focused on managing calendars, coordinating meetings with current and prospective investors, booking global travel, and handling heavy expenses. It’s a fast-paced team with significant travel and scheduling demands, and we need someone who’s comfortable taking initiative and navigating across senior stakeholders with confidence.

POSITION: Executive Assistant to Investor Relations and Fundraising Team

LOCATION: New York, NY

HOURS: 9:00am to 5:00pm – in the office Monday-Thursday and WFH on Friday and the month of August.

SALARY: $115k-$130k base DOE plus bonus eligible and benefits

BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Highly Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Heavy calendar and adept meeting management for a busy, travel-heavy team
  • Proactive scheduling of investor, prospect, and other fundraising meetings across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Coordinating large meetings and calls, often with multiple external parties
  • Booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, cars, and itineraries
  • Preparing and processing expense reports accurately and in a timely manner via Concur
  • Providing occasional on-site support at fundraising events or investor meetings
  • Handling other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, ideally supporting a team
  • Experience supporting executives in finance, professional services, or investor relations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive and comfortable managing up, chasing down scheduling, and solving problems independently
