Our client is a publicly traded, global medical technology company seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board. This is a highly visible role for an EA who operates as a true thought partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate brings the polish, judgment, and executive presence typically found in Fortune 50, global finance, or capital markets environments. This individual will serve as an extension of the CEO, managing complexity at speed while interfacing confidently with board members, investors, New York–based banks, and senior external stakeholders. Discretion, agility, and sound judgment are critical. This is a long-term, trusted partnership role with significant exposure to executive leadership and the board.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
•Act as the CEO’s right hand, proactively anticipating needs and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
•Own complex, high-volume calendar management, and logistics across multiple time zones.
•Serve as a polished point of contact for board members, investors, external advisors, and NY-based financial institutions.
•Coordinate and prepare for high-stakes meetings related to financing, governance, and corporate strategy.
•Draft, refine, and quality-check CEO-level presentations, board materials, and executive communications to ensure they are board-ready.
•Manage international travel and global coordination with cultural fluency and precision.
•Exercise independent judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and course-correct quickly based on direct feedback.
•Operate with flexibility and responsiveness, including outside standard business hours as needed.

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
•12–20+ years of experience supporting a public-company CEO or equivalent global C-suite executive.
•Demonstrated experience interfacing with investment banks, investors, boards, and senior external stakeholders.
•Prior experience in capital markets or environments involving New York–based banks is essential.
•International experience required; lived and/or worked outside the U.S. strongly preferred.
•Multilingual capability preferred.
•Exceptional executive presence, polish, and professional judgment.
•Comfort operating in a demanding, high-expectation, high-visibility environment.
•Open to feedback, rapid iteration, and flexible hours to align with the CEO’s schedule.
•Preference for candidates currently employed in top-quartile EA roles supporting senior global leaders.
