POSITION: Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO
LOCATION: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite 2 days WFH)
HOURS: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with flexibility to come in early or stay late as needed)
COMPENSATION: $120,000–$140,000 base + equity + benefits
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred

Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support their Founder and CEO. The ideal candidate has experience either working individually for a HNW individual or a background supporting leadership at smaller companies/startups and is comfortable with significant personal work. This role is split roughly 50/50 between business and personal support On the business side, the EA will own the CEO's calendar, manage leadership team operations, coordinate investor and board logistics, and handle communications on his behalf. On the personal side, the EA will oversee all travel logistics and manage household and family coordination. While the primary reporting relationship is to the CEO, this person will be a visible and trusted presence across the broader team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage the CEO's calendar across leadership, clients, investors, board members, press, and personal commitments; continuously prioritize and adjust as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound requests, drafting correspondence and triaging the inbox with sound judgment
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings and offsites, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Support conference scheduling, sales outreach, investor communications, media inquiries, and speaking engagements on the CEO's behalf
  • Plan and book all travel end-to-end (flights, hotels, ground transport, restaurants, itineraries, visas/passports) and serve as on-the-road point of contact
  • Coordinate business dinners and events, including venues, contracts, menus, and guest lists
  • Manage household logistics including vendor scheduling, deliveries, service appointments, and building staff
  • Handle personal needs including family scheduling, gift coordination, and event planning from start to finish
  • Support general team and office needs as they arise, handling all matters with complete discretion


QUALIFICATIONS
:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or HNW individual preferable at a high-growth startup or small company
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive personal, financial, and company information
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Available outside of standard business hours when circumstances require
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, AdTech, MarTech, or consumer tech is a plus
  • Comfort using AI tools to assist with drafting, research, and scheduling is a plus
