Our client, a Global Hedge Fund located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join the HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team.

Job Title: Campus Recruiter

Location: Midtown

Work hours: 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 day a week WFH

Salary: $130k-$170k base DOE plus Bonus Eligible plus Great Benefits!

Responsibilities:

Campus Engagement & Branding

    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key universities, career services, student organizations, and faculty partners.
    2. Represent the firm at campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and classroom presentations.
    3. Coordinate firmwide participation in on-campus and virtual recruiting events, ensuring consistent messaging and professional representation.
    4. Partner with internal stakeholders to build and promote the firm’s employer brand among university audiences.

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment

    1. Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for campus hires, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
    2. Conduct initial candidate assessments through resume reviews and interviews, ensuring alignment with firm culture and business needs.
    3. Act as a primary point of contact for students throughout the process, providing timely communication and an exceptional candidate experience.
    4. Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to understand talent needs across multiple strategies and functions.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of recruiting experience, with previous financial services experience preferred.
  • University degree in Human Resources or another related field.
  • Demonstrate the ability to undertake and manage multiple projects to a consistently high standard while maintaining a resilient attitude.
  • Deep desire to connect with employees and build relationships, trusted advocate.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective project management abilities.
  • A proactive, 'can do' attitude with a commitment to driving service excellence and supporting organizational growth
