Administrative Receptionist
Our client a Midtown Financial Advisory firm seeks an Administrative Receptionist to support the firm’s partners and the COO. This individual will maintain the front reception area and provide general office administrative support.

POSITION: Administrative Receptionist
LOCATION: Midtown, Manhattan
HOURS: 9:00am- 5:30pm
Monday-Thursday in the office and WFH on Friday
COMPENSATION: $70k-$75k DOE plus bonus eligible and benefits
Responsibilities
-General office administrative support
-Maintain front reception area
-Assist firm Partners and firms COO
-Meet and greet visitors, clients, and accept deliveries
Order and stock office supplies
-Schedule and set up meetings in conference rooms
-Maintain conference rooms
-International and domestic travel coordination
-Answer telephone and field calls appropriately
-Arrange conference calls
-Process expense reports
Set up new employees and departing employees
-Ordering meals for the office
Requirements
-1-4 years experience
-Experience in finance or a desire to grow in financial services a plus
-Accounting experience a plus
-Must have basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
-Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and mature
-Must have acute attention to detail
