Our client a boutique Private Equity fund in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a TEMP TO PERM Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position would have prior administrative experience, can work with little direction, will be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.

Position: Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant
Hours: 9am-6pm
Salary:$25-$30 an hour and $70k-$85k base when perm
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and distributing messages
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Managing the set up and execution of internal meetings (room set up, catering, etc.)
- Organizing travel arrangements -Preparing expense reports -Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Assisting with filing and data entry
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects
- Managing the visitor process and greeting and directing visitors upon arrival
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of prior Administrative experience
- 4 year college degree required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Great attitude and go getter type
