Administrative Assistant
Our client, a small Real Estate Office, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in their Midtown office. This candidate must possess a professional work ethic as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Please note: candidates must be able to work 5 days in-office.

Responsibilities
Front desk reception including but not limited to:
Answer and direct all calls
Greet guests
Manage office supplies
Send and receive mail/packages
Provide administrative assistance to all four office members
Assist owner’s accounting team with bank deposits, handwritten checks, reconciling bank accounts and the preparation, drafting and filing of tax payment records
Maintain electronic and paper filing system of financial and legal documents
Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
At least two years of administrative experience
Paralegal, real estate and/or accounting experience is a plus
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
