Caroline Manzi

Caroline Manzi is a Director of Operations and in her role, optimizes the efficiency of business operations while planning and executing cross functional and firm-wide strategic plans. She focuses on strategic project management, process improvement, leadership initiatives, people management, and technology implementations. Caroline received her BA in History from Rutgers University. While pursuing her degree she worked at various on campus positions. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exercising.
