Agustina Dier serves as a Managing Director in Glocap's Accounting and Operations Practice, specializing in recruiting for accounting and operations roles at all levels. Before joining Glocap, she spent three years as a Senior Audit Associate at BDO Seidman, a prominent accounting firm, where she developed strong expertise in evaluating technical skills. Her work primarily focused on financial services and real estate clients. Agustina holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and is currently pursuing her CPA license.
