The firm primarily makes lead and control investments and select growth investments in software enabled business services, media/information services, telecom, and education. ROLE

The firm is seeking to hire a Vice President with 5-10 years of related work experience. This person will be responsible for sourcing and executing new investments as well as working with executive management teams of portfolio companies. He/she should effectively communicate and develop an investment theses along with its related risks and mitigating factors.

This Vice President will be expected to work collaboratively with management teams at portfolio companies leading debt financing relationships, building value through operational efficiency, organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
