Our client is seeking an M&A Associate / Manager / Director. This role is responsible for leading and supporting business acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments, including partnerships involving equity participation, primarily in Wilton, CT but provides support to the global Corporate Development Team as and when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supports the planning and execution of projects, with a focus on value, risks, timing and quality.
