Responsibilities of Temp EA:
-Supporting the CEO with meeting coordination, working in concur and Outlook, editing PowerPoint decks, booking dinner reservation, working with other admins on scheduling, helping other executives if needed and other admin duties
***As of right now this role is remote but MIGHT be going into the office come January/February. If and when this role goes back into the office, you will be required to go into the office and still be supporting the CEO along with office management duties (i.e. ordering office supplies) and overseeing reception.

About the role:
Key responsibilities include processing cash & security transfers, establishing new accounts at various custodians, preparing tax reporting, and maintaining client information within Portfolio Management Software for reporting.
