Our client is seeking a Manager for their Portfolio Operations Team.

Our clients' Portfolio Operations team works to improve the results of their portfolio companies through referencing years of consulting and operating experience from startups to Fortune 100s. The team is focused on delivering long term growth through designing and implementing leading practice philosophies and proven techniques, while incorporating the entrepreneurial spirit that all of our portfolio companies have in common.

As a Performance Improvement Manager, you will work with our client and Portfolio Company team members, from CEO to staff, identify, design, implement, and maintain value creation opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze portfolio companies to identify and quantify value creation opportunities

* Help the board of directors and executives at our portfolio companies to set a company mission, vision and strategic value creation roadmap

* Develop and implement solutions to bridge the gap between the organization’s high-level mission and vision, and their current capabilities, while considering identified constraints

* Utilize best practices for process re-design, improvement and implementation

* Support projects that position our portfolio companies as technology leaders amongst their peers

* Identify and define strategic KPIs that will provide portfolio company leadership with data necessary for forward-facing decision making

* Assist with M&A, Due Diligence and Merger Integration activities as needed

* Identify when and how 3rd party resources will provide expertise and manage the process

* Provide hands-on support and mentorship to help portfolio companies become more productive, efficient and valuable

Our client is seeking an Associate for their Portfolio Operations team. The Portfolio Operations team works to improve the long-term financial and operational performance of our clients portfolio companies. The team helps portfolio company leadership solve key growth and operational challenges through strategic advice and support, delivered with an entrepreneurial mindset and built on years of consulting and operating experience across startups, management consulting firms, and Fortune 100 companies.

As an Associate you will work with our clients team members and portfolio company personnel from CEO to staff to identify, design, implement, and maintain revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities. Specific topic areas you are likely to encounter include strategic planning, process improvement, organization design, technology implementation, and KPI and goal integration.

Your analytical, interpersonal, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving skills will be exercised from day one while making a meaningful impact on the businesses we serve.
