Role/Responsibilities

- Research, identify and eventually interview pre-MBA candidates, including Analysts and Associates from investment banks and strategy consulting firms Research potential candidates for active mandates at the Pre-MBA level, including mapping candidate pools, profiling candidates' backgrounds, and reaching out to candidates directly to assess fit with our clients' needs

- Support all phases of search execution

- Assist in business development efforts (e.g. conducting research) and where appropriate given a candidate's own relationships and network, independently lead targeted business development initiative
