Our client, a high-profile family, is looking for a Personal Assistant to work alongside and add value to a well-oiled support team of property managers and a long-term Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be positive in nature, solutions oriented, comfortable with a catch all role and work very well with others. Light travel is required to Palm Beach occasionally. This is a very stable opportunity with room for growth / role expansion with proven accountability and overall success.

POSITION: Personal Assistant / Generalist
LOCATION: NYC (midtown/Upper East Side), Palm Beach (occasionally)
HOURS: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (flexibility necessary for texting / calls)
SALARY: $ DOE / 100-200k base range + discretionary Bonus + Benefits
DEGREE: Preferred
*This role is hybrid in nature and based on the needs of the family
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
-Work alongside property managers and current PA to help manage correspondence, calendars and schedules, day-to-day activities, appointments, travel logistics for principal and family
-Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; create detailed itineraries and ensure visas, passports, etc. are up to date
-Act as direct liaison and maintain open lines of communication between principal and team (home office teams, family office team,) to ensure everyone is aware of all moving parts or any updates
-Streamline communication by answering and directing incoming calls, greeting guests, managing contact lists, maintaining daily/monthly agenda books for principal and children
-Create daily to-do list with follow-up needed
-Organize special events, meetings, rsvp lists
-Spearhead philanthropic associations and all duties around these efforts
-Track expenses and draft correspondence
-General property management support, art collection archiving, errands as needed et
Requirements of the Personal Assistant:
-Discreet, transparent, mature, and hardworking; exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; extremely polished
-Excellent time management skills; be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently, and effectively
-Problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate needs; remain calm and composed during demanding periods; a self-starter
-Excellent writing skills
-Pro-active and motivated with a can-do attitude
-Willingness to go above and beyond
-Experience supporting a busy household; thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Maintains a high degree of confidentiality
-Interest in the arts a plus
-Tech Savvy
-Proficient in Microsoft suite & Apple products
-High aptitude for learning new programs, systems, and processes; fast learner
-Relevant experience providing personal service to a high-profile, private family a plus
-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
