HOURS: 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility
COMPENSATION: $60-80K DOE + Bonus + Benefits
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Required
 
Our client, a real estate private equity firm, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Executive/Office Assistant to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the Investments team as well as office management duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
 
Responsibilities of the Executive/Office Assistant:
-Proactively manage complex calendaring needs with urgency and discretion
-Coordinate travel arrangements and anticipate all travel needs
-Effectively communicate with colleagues, corporate management teams and industry professionals in a professional manner
-Track and manage expenses and submit monthly expense reports
-Complete ad hoc projects
-Manage social and community events
-Execute daily office operations to maintain a professional work environment including tasks involving mail, technology, and pantry needs
-Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
 
Requirements of the Executive/Office Assistant:
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
-1-3 years of comparable experience in a similar industry
-Must be a team player, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and balance multiple priorities
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
