Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

POSITION: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
LOCATION: New York, NY (Union Square)
HOURS: 9am – 5pm (*5 days in office*)
*Team lunch daily, benefits, unlimited vacation (within reason!), excellent culture
COMPENSATION: $90-130k base
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
-Provide full-cycle support to the 2 main partners including relieving them of all administrative detail, projects, and workflows
-Coordinate travel arrangements and triage issues
-Schedule internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
-Anticipate and resolve conflicts
-Manage business contacts
-Take and distribute meeting minutes
-Manage logistics and company events, offsites, and more
-Maintain day-to-day needs of office including ordering kitchen supplies, managing subscriptions
-Be the main point of contact for any building maintenance issues
-Proactively aggregate resources prior to meetings
-File and organize documents
-Greet guests at reception and ensure onsite meetings flow smoothly
-Ability to own special initiatives from conception to conclusion
-A few miscellaneous duties such as ordering daily team lunches, post office runs etc.
Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
-Minimum 1-3 years previous office experience
-Prior experience providing support to other C-level executives a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Slack and CRM systems
-Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor
-Passion for consumer brands a plus
-Highly organized, efficient, and demonstrate good attention to detail
-Problem solver and enjoy finding the most efficient and creative solutions
-Adaptable to changing priorities and schedules and predict upcoming needs
-Perform duties with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
-Proactive and solutions oriented
-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
